We use OpenX to serve ads on our sites.
I received a complaint (with a screenshot) from one of our clients - "Why do I want the ad on your home page to link to an adult site?" Everything seems fine on the server side, and none of us can replicate the problem on the server. This seems to be a client side issue. Is this some kind of malicious code that crack Flash plugins?
Any idea what could cause all the ads on our pages to be replaced with ads that we never served? Anyone else run into this issue?
