FxCop or another way to use embedded documents in VB.NET?

I am starting a new project; trying to be more strict than the previous ones. I set warnings as build errors, I added FxCop to PostBuild. The last thing on my os list requires people to add inline documents for all classes / impersonal methods / properties.

Is there a custom FxCop rule or other exe that I can run in the post assembly for verification? It's hard for me to find something that is amazing.
