Get mouse cursor size in javascript

Question

I need to determine the width and height of the current mouse cursor that is used on our web page.

I need to show the div right below the cursor and possibly to the right of it. Therefore, I need to determine the offsets of my div from the exact location of the pointer, so the cursor will not hide the div.

The mechanism will be used on the intranet system, so it can only be for firefox. Unfortunately, some people here use strange cursors, at least large ones, so I can’t just set hard, for example, 16px right, 16px top offsets. In any case, I do not want if I do not need it.
