How to prevent alt link text from disappearing

Is it possible to prevent a pop-up popup that occurs when you hover over a link due to disappearing after a certain time. I don’t want to create a completely different text pop-up solution and would just like to pass a different attribute to the anchor tag or find out if this is controlled by the browser.

Unfortunately, this is controlled by the browser and cannot be changed. You could instead use something like the jQuery Tooltip Plugin or jQuery Tools, which has a good example mimicking the default browser hint .
