64-bit Oracle Data Access components not working in IIS express 7.5

Question

I installed ODAC (Oracle Data Access Components 64 bit ) odp.net 4. But, unfortunately, it does not work with IIs Express. The IIS Express Documentation says that it supports both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. Is it possible that it can work with odp.net 4 (64 bits), or should we work with 32-bit odac components in development machines.
