Help a little needed. I get an XML file similar to this:

What I need to do is import it and split it into tables with stored proc. I could not find anything but the usual regurgitation of examples in books on the Internet, for example, on the Internet. I need a little syntax scroll that shows how I can insert a file in bulk (using OPENROWSET?) and then take all the data and split it into the corresponding tables while saving the keys. It seems like it should be easy, but the reference material is simply hard to find. I also have access to the schema if I need it, and can also annotate.
Who has a good recommendation?
