Web application in drupal?

I'm going to create a three-role job order system

  • "Client" - the client can request projects that will be completed by the employee. The project should be selected from the list of templates and various sub-parameters, which are all called campaigns (types of campaigns come and go during the year)
  • Worker - Worker should be able to view work orders and mark them as accepted / rejected, work in progress and completed.
  • Lord - he / she should see statistics regarding the activity of two other users.

So. This is a web application. But very simple in terms of logic. Can something like drupal handle this? Or will I have to write my own modules? Other of the side aspects of drupal make it attractive (admin, user creation, news feeds, etc.)

I looked at Views and Webforms. The views look great for querying and displaying data from a work order database (great for part of all three roles), but I don’t understand how I interact with my order database when creating and changing work orders.

Webforms does not see the answer, I'm sure there is just something under my nose.

Any clues in which direction to look would be great!

Thanks.
