Subversion: can I execute several dropdown folders at once?

Let's say I have working copies of several different folders from my SVN repository scattered across my file system. Their parent directories are not part of the repository. For example.

somedir1\
   workingcopyOfA\
   workingcopyOfB\
somedir2\
   somedir3\
       workingcopyOfC\
   workingcopyOfD\

Now they all contain changes that I would like to make at a time (calling svnonly once for convenience, using only one new version number for simplicity).

Is it possible? Is that what change lists mean? What if I use svn<v1.5?

(There are some similar questions on SO, but they relate to different issues.)

EDIT: To clarify: all working copies belong to the same repository, but in different parts, i.e. the repository looks like this:

RepoDirA\
RepoDirB\
RepoDirC\
RepoDirD\
