Different colors for links when displayed on screen or in print?

Is it possible to have different colors for displaying hyperreflected links in a single file on the screen and in printed form?

In my thesis, I like the functionality of linking reference numbers to the reference entry in the bibliography, and I like the links to be published in the bibliographic work. The presence of links in blue or red means that they are clickable. But links are not used in hard copy. Like them, when printing is printed a shade of gray.

I know that I can create two different PDF files with different color settings, but I was wondering if there is a way to make the links appear solid black when printing, but at the same time display the color on the screen from the same PDF?
