Compiled version of the Sqlite3 ICU extension

I think sqlite3 is very convenient software in many situations. But I need ICU support for sort order. I paint a lot of documents online. I several times refused to use sqlite, I deleted my downloads. But I need sqlite again and again. Is it difficult to create an extension to download? Where can I find a ready-to-use extension?
