How to enable an element to draw outside its container?

Question

I am trying to get items to display outside their parent panel, in which case I am using the stack panel.

The setup ClipToBoundsdoes not seem to do anything, I first tried it on Rectangle, and then on the parent panel, although none of them helped.

UPDATE

The container seems to Canvashonor the property ClipToBounds, but no other container seems to honor it.

I have included an image of what I am trying to achieve. The brown areas are the inside panels of the stack, which are grouped inside the panel of the parent stack, see how the gray rectangles (representing the positioning of the product) pass by the parent container and cover the parent product from the levels above.
