Solution Templates in VS2010

I heard that he said that unlike VS2008, VS2010 will support solution templates in addition to element and project templates. However, the SolutionTemplates directory contains only "blank.sln", so it’s hard to draw any conclusions about what should be there.

Has anyone seen any documentation on how to create a solution template?
