First page load time compilation

I switched from php to asp.net for a specific project and I created a web application and everything went smoothly.

I have one question though .... when I first go to my site, it loads in about 8-10 seconds. I assume the code compiles during this time. If I return to the site, it will load very quickly. However, if I return to him the next day, he will compile again.

I was wondering if anyone could clarify what was going on? I understand that you need to compile once, but why does he do it again the next day? Anyway, can I avoid this?

Thanks for any advice / understanding,

Andrew
