Option "Remember Password" [C #]

Question

I need to implement the "Remember Password" option in my program, it works with client-server protocols that PROHIBIT all the password that must be transmitted during the registration process, not just Hash, so I need to store the entire password locally, I searched everywhere, but I did not find a definitive answer or did not receive a reply at all. But since email clients, Internet browsers, IM clients do this, it should not be impossible ...

1) Just do not do this. No matter how well your security stores passwords, it's better.
