Modify "Special Price" and "Regular Price" in Magento

I’m trying to change the wording for “Special Price” and “Regular Price” in Magento. I have already tried editing Mage_Catalogue.csv, reloading and clearing the cache to no avail. I also did a gigantic Dreamweaver search all over the site for the text “Normal” and “Special” and found nothing.

I can only conclude that this can be hidden somewhere deep in one of the 200 database tables ...

If anyone knows where I could change these values, I would always be grateful.

thanks

Jack

This is probably the best way to do this over the aforementioned comment from Sid Vel, as it is specific to your theme and will not break anything during the upgrade, since you are not editing the main file.
