Drupal syntax highlighting

Question

What is the best module for Highligting syntax in Drupal. I am using GeSHi for syntax highlighting my code. It worked fine, then I installed the second module FCKeditor . Now GeSHi filter does not work with FCKeditor. Does anyone know why these modules do not work together.
