How to access form controls for postback from a dynamically built form

Question

I add runtime controls to the object Page Form.

Each control has an identifier.

In the reverse order, I want to have access to these controls and their values.

Currently, when I do the postback, the form does not have controls in the collection Form.Controls.

How can i fix this?

Is this only possible if you add controls to the page every time the page loads?
