I found some interesting links to using NGEN as the last step in the installer from this post . Is there a reason NGEN builds your builds during setup rather than build time? I'm not particularly concerned about the setup time, but it just seems like an unnecessary step that can be automated by my build.
NGEN output is computer / CPU dependent. your construction machine will probably not be a production machine (maybe another version of DotNet, AMD? INTEL ... who knows ..)
