Database visualization tool

I just watched a PDC09 session about the new Entity infrastructure features in .NET 4.

in the video (search for 7 minutes), the host used the database visualization tool to open the table and view the data.

Does anyone know what this name is and where can I download it?

It looks like Microsoft Quadrant . I believe that he talks about this in the video.
