Nokia E61 Keyboard Layout Detection in J2ME

Question

Nokia E61, E71, etc. have various keyboard layout options such as QWERTY, QWERTZ, AZERTY, etc. Is there a way to detect the current keyboard layout through J2ME?

And there is also some funny thing, some of the E61s we tested have a QWERTY keyboard, but it has a pre-installed QWERTZ layout. Does anyone know about such issues?

I do not think that you can find out what a physical keyboard is if Nokia has not encoded the template in the "microedition.platform" property. I could not find.
