Java Midlet Deployment

So, I developed a simple cute sweet mix using the Samsung SDK 1.1.2, and I packaged the midlet. Now I have two files (JAR / JAD). How can I install them on my phone?

As you can tell from the question, I am new to the development of the phone. Trying to deploy a Samsung phone to ATT.

I'm trying to test the entire development cycle - emulators work great for writing code, but I really need to make sure that Midlet works as expected on the target phone.
