Visual Studio 2008 keyboard shortcuts

Question

In VS2008, I am trying to add a keyboard shortcut for "Get the latest version (recursively" and "Restore solution").

I go to tools -> options -> environment -> keyboard

found "File.GetLatestVersion", "File.GetLatestSolutionFiles" and "Build.RebuildSolution".

I chose to use the new shortcut in to be global / VisualStudio, but in both cases, no shortcut that I assign (and do not accept. I see it later, indicated as a shortcut) responds when I try to click it when I work.

What am I doing wrong? How can this be solved?
