128-bit key AES application encryption in Java

Question

I need to create an application in java that converts text strings to codes based on 128-bit AES encryption. Ideally, I would prefer that I only need to create gui and the AES encryption part is already written. the application must be run on both Linux and windows. kindly advise me existing libraries and everything related. I am not an expert programmer, so I ask this advice to gain confidence in this matter.
