I am really very tired of other users having project errors, because the default link type of the Xcode class is “relative to the Xcode folder”. I know that you can change it to “Relative to Enclosing Group”, which is our project, but at any time someone creates a new class file and forgets to change the link type subsequently (often) or add the file and forget to change the link type (also often), users who update SVN see red file errors, even if they exist in the correct folder - just because the xcodeproj file refers to it stupidly.
Is there a way to change the default value? I looked through the settings and did not find anything. There seems to be ways to make Xcode work better for situations other than single-user projects. I am incredibly unimpressed with my version control control, and I hope that maybe because I could not find some options. Thanks for the help.
