Can I enable WebKit JavaScript Inspector in mobile web browsers?

Question

I would like to use the Web Inspector development tools that come with webkit in a mobile browser. Does anyone know if it's possible to include a web inspector in, say, an Android web browser?

In fact, this is not just part of the safari, as Google Chrome does too. The web inspector is part of the webkit mechanism used by safari, google chrome and if I'm not mistaken, by default, the browser on Android devices. But the web inspector is currently not available in any webkit-based browser on a mobile device.
