Reaching the multi-page GWT website

I have a question about managing a multi-page GWT website. So far I have only one html page in which I insert a lot of divs to store the widgets that I use. Then, in accordance with the user's actions, I add or remove the necessary divs using the DOM class of the GWT class. Therefore, I use only one html page to simulate multiple pages. Is there a better way to do this?

I do not agree with cletus. In my experience, gwt is as good at expanding multi-page application applications as it is in single-page applications like gmail. It just depends on your requirements for your web application.

I agree that writing single-page applications is certainly the place to start, but once you get the concept of gwt modules, you can easily use them to add custom javascript to multiple pages.

To answer your question; I think your design of using a single page and replacing widgets is perfectly acceptable.
