WPF 3.5 Weakening functions for animation?

Question

I know there are some facilitating features for Silverlight and WPF 4.0.

But I really need something for my own project, and I cannot find it on the network (not for WPF 4.0)

Does anyone know of any implementations or maybe Silverlight ports that I could use?
