How to repair Resharper?

I have a problem with Resharper - all greyed menu options, without shortcuts working ...
I tried to run the installer with the possibility of repair - no success
Also tried to uninstall / install back - the same :: (

ReSharperSetup.4.5.1288.2.msi

Can anyone advise how to make it work?

If ReSharper is listed as [Not loaded] in the Help> About Visual Studio, this most likely means that the registration of the msxml6 component has been violated. To resolve this issue, simply reinstall the MS XML Core services.
