Get deactivated scrollbar in Firefox

I have a tab dialog in Javascript whose pages have different heights. Some of them are above the browser window.

Internet Explorer always has a scroll bar to the right. When it is not needed, it is displayed in gray. Page sizes remain unchanged, and there are no problems.

In Firefox, the scroll bar is completely hidden when you do not need to constantly resize the page every time you change the page and, therefore, the width of the entire tabbed dialog box (it has a relative width). This is very annoying.

Is there a way to bring the deactivated backward scrollbar to Firefox, or any other way around this?

Add the following line to userContent.css:

html { overflow: -moz-scrollbars-vertical !important; }

You can use the CSS3 property overflow-y:

html
{
  overflow-y: scroll;
}

This works in Firefox, Chrome, Safari and IE 8.
