How to enable Quick diff with plus and minus in Eclipse?

I had an eclipse workspace. I used Galileo and Subclipse. I got a workspace from an assistant. The following function is included:

Signs were noted indicating differences in the state of the svn document, right next to line numbers. If I added a line, they would display "+". If I deleted the line, "-" and "~" were shown when I edited the line.

I think this is much simpler than color fast diff. Now I had to install the hole system again. I installed Eclipse Galileo and Subclipse again. Now I can no longer find the settings to enable this feature.

How to enable it? Is it also called Quick Diff?

It is under accessibility settings.

General → Editors → Text Editors → Accessibility → Using Symbols to Display Changes in the Vertical Ruler.
