Problem with sandcastle .chm help file created?

I created a help file for my project using sandcastle, a .chm file. but the contents can only be seen when I open it on my machine. I gave this file to several friends, none of them can see the contents of the file. what happened? how can i solve this? any problem with my configurations ?? please help me guys !!!

The file is probably marked as "From the Internet" and therefore it is believed that Internet Explorer can be dangerous when trying to display the file.
