Shortcut to enable Resharper

Question

I usually start VS2008 without Resharper because it is too slow and I just need to fix the error. But sometimes I want to enable Resharper.

Is there a way to set a keyboard shortcut that allows Resharper?

To close this question, I eventually found an answer with R # 5.x.

I have not tried, but the Tool / Add-in Manager will allow you to dynamically load the add-in. You can probably use Tools / Macros to record yourself using the add-on manager, and then assign the saved macro to a keystroke.
