Google chat web client

Question

I am looking for a google client client that I can embed in my website so that visitors can chat with me directly. I did not find widgets such as the Google Voice widget, in which the visitor is directly connected to you without authentication. The only authentication I would like would be their name and email address.

Are there any widgets that go well with google chat?
