UIScrollView Infinite Scroll?

Question

Does anyone know how I can create an endless scroll. A good example of this is the iPhone 4 Track app. Scrollable "wheels" are located above the track numbers and under the time indicator. I assume this is using a UIScrollView, and then draws a subview when they scroll to view. Any tips?

Personally, I would not use UIScrollView - I would just subclass UIView and drag and drop myself, positioning the UIView subspecies when moving events occur.
