Updating the Silverlight Runtime Management Layout

Question

I have a silverlight control that has several elements, such as: Image, TextBox and TextBlock.

The application displays a list of the same control, and the controls are placed in a specific layout, in a grid with rows and columns.

Now

I would like to be able to change all the layouts of the controls and arrange the element differently (preferably animated) without reloading the control.

Does anyone know how to do this?
