No intellisense in XAML

I no longer get intellisense in my XAML. Not so long ago I changed some settings in VS 2008. I believe that one of them is related to the automatic loading of tools. Secondly, I changed the default XAML editor instead of an XML editor instead of an editor. Visual Studio just acted too slow, and it seemed to help me solve my problems. Now I need to work on the designer again, and I am not getting intellisense. If I go to Tools-> Options-> Text Editor-> XAML, the members of the automatic list will be grayed out. Pressing Ctrl-space brings this to me, but I don't want to do this all the time. In addition, I noticed that I can’t even drag the Grid from the tool window onto XAML. BTW, I have a resharper. Will this overuse some VS options? Any ideas.

I thought for myself. Resharper seems to be using his own intelligence. I just changed it (Resharper-> Options-> Environment-> Intellisense) instead of Visual Studio. I don’t know how this works before, especially since I didn’t mix up this Resharper parameter before.
