Web Chart with Hover Events

I am behind a library with a Python interface to display beautiful diagrams with guidance events for each point.

ChartDirector does what I want, but I would prefer an open source solution. OpenFlashChart looks good, although ideally I would like to use a non-Flash solution.

Any other members?

Not strictly Python, but you can look at Flot . (according to web graphics, you mean those that should be embedded in web pages)
