What non-Linux-Unix s support openat ()?

Question

openat () was added to POSIX in the POSIX.1-2008 version and was supported by Linux from version 2.6.16. How is UNIX support supported without Linux? e.g. Darwin, * BSD, and branded UNIX.

Dragonfly BSD supports it; other BSDs do not. Solaris , of course.

Unlike the top answer, all major BSD and Apple OS X seem to support it today:

• DragonFly since DragonFly 2.3.
• FreeBSD , since FreeBSD 8.0.
• Linux Linux 2.6.16 ( ).
• NetBSD NetBSD 7.0.
• OpenBSD OpenBSD 5.0.
• OS X OS X 10.10.
• Solaris.
