I have a few questions regarding java portlets (JSR 286). My requirement is to integrate the php website into the main client site using java portlets (one of the options given by the client).
Do we need to create portlets for each page on the target website?
Do we need to implement separate portlets for images, css and javascript files for each request of a web page?
Are there any restrictions on using portlets when using AJAX on the target site?
Is there a problem with session management on php site?
Can we access a session in a php server from a servlet?
