Alternative to many eye bubble chart

Question

I am looking for a suitable package (free or otherwise) for duplication of functionality (mainly in the visual department) of IBM Multi-eyed Bubble Chart visualization in our application. Below is a screenshot of what I'm talking about. Ideally, he does the following:

• Designs using simple flash memory or javascript.
• The ability to generate graphs at least once a day.
• The possibility of interactive interaction, i.e. clicking on the bubble will be able to make a callback for our javascript
• It looks very similar to the Bubble Chart from Many Eyes (attached below).

Any ideas if such a solution exists?

The closest I could find was Anson Parker's Best Tag Cloud . It is written in JavaScript and uses the canvas to draw circles. This is not 100% perfect, but was a great starting point: _{(source: phasetwo.org )} demo
