How to add wxIcon to my frame application?

Question

I looked through the entire network and cannot find a standard way to include wxIcon in my wxWidgets application that really works! I tried converting the icon to XPM and, including, that I also tried loading the bitmap, but everything I do seems to compile, but the icon never appears!

If you are trying to do this on Windows, make sure the icon is 32x32 pixels. All other sizes were not displayed at all ...
