How to change DNS host name using WIX

Question

How to set my DNS name for the iis asp.net site that I install using WIX? everything is fine, but I need to go the way http: // localhost / EDSTR2F7

I want to be able to change it so that I can get to the site by going to http: //EDSTR2F7.myhostname.local

How do I do this using WIX? is part of IIS: WebSite, Iis: WebAddress, Iis: WebVirtualDir, iis: WebApplication or iis: WebDirProperties Tags?

I would suggest creating a new website using iis: WebSite and be sure to assign it the correct host name that you want to display using iis: WebAddress
