What to do with third-party Javadoc

Want to know what others are doing with third-party (vendors) java documents? Do they fall under the control of the source so that everyone can have access to them? Posted in a local shared directory? other solutions that people should work well.

We use clearcase and developers are distributed across the US along with several offshore groups.

If you have any kind of intra / extranet, I recommend collecting them all in one place. If you are not going to modify them, I do not see any benefit in keeping them under version control.
