IPhone AdHoc proxy profiles expire

Is it possible to extend the adhoc tester PRIOR preliminary profile before expiration? Currently, it seems to me that I have to wait until it expires before I can extend it, which means that my testers are losing the day of testing, waiting for me to update the profile and send it to them.

Testers can have more than one profile, so you can simply send a new mobileprovision file along with a test assembly, so you will not have this problem if there is not enough time between assemblies for the profile to expire.
