.Net Apple Push Notification Service Provider?

I started writing a provider for APN in .Net today, and it looks like I hit a brick wall ...

All that I find in socket protection suggests that System.Net.Sockets.Socket cannot implement SSL. I'm new to raw socket development ... does anyone know of a way to connect a raw socket to a server via SSL?

You might want to take a look at apns-sharp . I experimented with Push Notifications and was able to get the server side of things and work with it in a very short time. (Even if you do not use it as is, the source may help you.)

In my opinion, you don’t need to use open source stuff to achieve this if you have a serious or critical project, you can use a professional badge notification provider instead.

I like these guys, they do different things than others. Check Out MonoPush Project Note. Do not forget that users are very sensitive, you do not need to be mistaken.
