Average RSS / Feed file size for data storage and bandwidth calculation

Question

Perform envelope calculation to determine network bandwidth and data storage required to track approximately 10,000,000 channels every 20 minutes.

Any idea what could be the average rss file size?

I remember how tech guys read somewhere showing the size of an avg rss file.

If the channels are served correctly, you do not need to download them to check for changes.
