Make emacs semantic auto complete tip "always on"

Question

I just installed cedet (CVS version) and now I am playing with emacs and C ++ source code.

As for automatic completion, I can call the tooltip and menu from my semantic-ia-complete- * commands.

Does anyone know how I can automatically create a tooltip automatically without my calling a command (semantic-ia-complete-tip)? Is it possible?
