I am creating a site that requires integration with PayPal. How it works, I have buyers and sellers, the buyer requests the goods and pays for the goods, but the seller must first accept the money. Thus, the money is held in suspension until the seller accepts it. After acceptance, the money is not transferred until the goods have been received.
Can PayPal do this? Also, can I do this with CakePHP?
