Windows 7 OpenLDAP Curl DLL Dependency Hell

Question

I really hope someone can help me because this problem completely stuck and disappointed me.

Yesterday I installed a new and brilliant new Windows 7 x64 on the development box.

I installed VS2008, Tortoise SVN, checked, compiled my current project, everything is in order.

But when I start (either F5 in VS, or just run exe from the shell), I get a dialog box that looks like this:

Therefore, I mess around and do not see an obvious problem. I will throw away the .exe-dependent file, thinking that it may be missing a DLL, and I get the following:

So I play, find different versions of gpsvc.dll and ishims.dll and put them in .exe, no luck.
