Window System for .NET Console

Question

Does anyone know of any simple .NET windowing systems for the console?

I am looking for something that controls areas of the console so that they automatically scroll independently of other areas. For example, I could create a status bar below and a main content area above it. It would also be helpful if he handled colors for me.

And back I looked at MonoCurses and Curses # . I don't think MonoCurses supports independent scrollable areas, but I feel that Curses # should.
